Pink tubular flowers from November to March (ours bloomed all summer). foliage. It grows over 4’ tall. It has hairy, sticky green foliage. It is said to be one of the hardier of the Cape Heaths from South Africa. It is new to us so we know that it is at least hardy to about 28 degrees F. We grow them successfully in the greenhouses here in Western Washington with no heat. In the odd very cold spell, we take them into a more protected facility. Needs an acid soil mix. |
