The soft salmon pink flowers bloom from December-May. Bushy habit 14" tall x 36" wide. This is a cross between two salmon winter heaths Erica erigena ’Irish Dusk’ and Erica carnea ‘Treasure Trove’. There are no salmon darleyensis, so this is a whole new color for this group. There is no blue in the flower color. This plant is floriferous too; the photo below is of a young plant. Hybridized by Dave Wilson of Chilliwack, B.C., Canada and introduced to the US by Heaths & Heathers. |
